I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, CBT therapist and accredited EMDR practitioner based in Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. I enable adults and young people to understand and manage a broad range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. I am capable of quickly developing a collaborative and compassionate rapport with my clients. I use a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to support my clients’ treatment.
